I dont know whats going on at all

Hello,

I've noticed in the past few days that my computer is running abnormally slow. I know it's not a ram issue because i have enough. I especially notice it when i try to access my hard drive: it takes a good 3 friggin' minutes to open it. This is really aggravating. Anyone know whats going on?

Or, format and re-install windows.
