How do I install these?

I have some "3D Total textures" inside the folders besides all the jpeg's is a folder called max_libs insides it are two files total-t-v1_max3.mat & total-t-v1_max4.mat and another folder called max_shds inside it are 2 files total-s-v1_max3.mat & total-s-v1_max4.mat. I have Strata 3D and Bryce and want to know where do these go. I dragged the libs and the shads into the Bryce Presets Material flder but nothing showed up. and there was no folder in Strata that took libs & shds.
