The first 2 are Xbox screens. The 2nd two are Xbox 360 screens. Unelss Xboxyde made a mistake. Yea its looking to hit sometime in Spring.

Well the 360 game will contain an 'enhanced' version of the original far cry game, I would guess these screens are that enchanced version. That makes sense, as it just looks like the original xbox game but much crisper...

It will also contain a new game, Far Cry Instincts: Next Chapter.

Far Cry Instincts Predator for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft will feature both Far Cry Instincts Next Chapter and an enhanced version of the original Far Cry Instincts game.

Maybe this game will be ported to the PC, since it's actually different from the FarCry released on PC, and they decided to throw a quick X360 port just to cash in a few bucks.

That's pretty cool. I wonder if the Next Chapter is just a short expansion. Anyway, it's clear that they increased the number of poly's in the guy's hands

Does this use the rumored far cry 2 engine? aka crysis engine?

To be honest the screens dont look all that much better than the Far Cry that came on pc almost 2 years ago, not saying thats really a bad thing, Far Cry is a amazing game graphically, but it doesnt seem like much improvement. Then again I'm only basing this off two screen shots and no videos.

Nope.

Crytek is no more involved with the new instalment of the FarCry serie. UBI, the owner of the IP is procuding/developing the games, using their own technologies.

Crytek is producing their next game (The DX10 engine demo they showed), and it's going to be published by EA.

Not really, its nothing PS3 and 360 could'nt do in the future.
