So, has anyone who knows enuf to understand it (most definitely leaves me out) taken a look at the papers ref'ed here: http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=17005 to see if there is something worth knowing? "Low-k Dielectrics, was the roadmap wrong?" sounds interesting.
