Software mode works perfect.
I'm using the PowerDVD 6 codec with all the features turned up to max.
Why does DxVA stutter?
I've read that you need to install a patch however the threads were several months ago and I'm wondering if this is still the case.
Do I have to install M$'s DRM patch?
I don't want to install WMP10 or any DRM software which will restrict me doing anything on my PC.
DxVA stutters whether I play a DVD or my TV.
Software mode plays very fast though and looks good but I would like to use hardware acceleration.
Last year and many years ago I never had this issue.
I could enable hardware acceleration and it would work perfectly.
Why not now?
