I've considered the Naga a couple times, but having had problems with Razer mice in the past (I had a colorful LED mouse once where the software refused to LED the LEDs... 
), plus having an entire keypad on the side of the mouse just doesn't seem very ergonomic to me. Mis-clicks would be far too common I fear, particulary when lifting the mouse to move it...
