Does your 360 choke on this

I was playing FNR3 just a bit ago and slugging it out to some Tool when I came across a track that my console choked like mad on. I'm guessing it is a problem with the software in general but out of curiosity I uploaded a sample in the hopes that others might test:

Anyone seen any trouble like this?

are you saying if you use this WMA file as a custom sound track the performance tanks?

Does it happen with any other game? Also, is the song streamed from a PC or off the Xbox 360 hard drive? I have that song so I can try it, but not on FNR3...

just mentioned FNR3 becuase that is what I was playing when I came across the track; the game doesn't stutter at all, just the music player and it happens regardless of if I'm in game or just in the dashboard. Also, after a bit more testing I have found that it isn't the song in general that has a problem, but just a WMA varable bitrate lossless rip of it as I make a 320kbps rip and that plays back just fine. But I am still curious to confirm that it isn't just a problem with my particular 360, so if you could test with my sample or with your own lossless rip of the song I'd be much obliged.

All my music is in WMA lossless and I haven't experienced the stuttering. I'll try specifically with that song, though, and see what happens.

Thanks for testing Scooby, good to know it isn't just a problem with my 360. Curiously the same file plays fine though the Media Center extender function, and all the other music I have plays fine from the guide as well aside from that one song.

Were you playing it through WMC or off some HDD you plugged in or something?
Though Windows Media Connect.
