Kind of hacky but this allows any pictures to be used as ps4 cover banner in your profile.
A bunch of pictures already ready to use as cover on https://bramantya.org/ps4b (just open it on PS4 web browser in full screen).
Still a bit buggy though.
- Use ps4 web browser or image viewer to open any image you want.
- Press share button to screenshot it.
- Now you can set it as your profile cover
