If team Ninja Is making 2 titles for the Ps3, 2, i gotta say....my Hype fps Xbox 360 will suffer some deep cut.

The Mistwalker thing doesnt surprise me, but it surprises me that the guy doesnt know if its port or new Ip....because port isnt a possibility, MS is producing and Publishing both their 2 exclusive games.

But all that just for this month? I mean....isnt that too much? I bet half of that is bogus.

The guy does know - he says it is not a port. That's not to say that any of it is true of course, it's just saying that he's not contradicting what's known about MS and Mistwalker's arrangements.

In terms of the amount to be shown, it was going OK until the second batch of rumours arrived. I could believe something on the scale of the first post - even if the specifics were different - but when you add in all the other stuff from the second, it seems way too much simply from a POV of the number of announcements. That seems more like something on a TGS-scale.

This ain't going to be a blowout presentation, we're not too far past E3 yet!

As much as I'd like some of these to be true:

GS: Is Sakaguchi precluded from working on other platforms? Is there any reason to prevent him from creating a PlayStation 3 game?

YM: There is certain agreement between us, so yes. He will be working only on Xbox 360, but he might do something for handhelds, which is beyond our agreement. Microsoft doesn't have a handheld console.

I don't think it's a matter of being close to E3 as much as it's a matter of being close to TGS. Game announcements would seem grounds for TGS, where they'd want to make a splash. But I can understand the show acting as a precursor to TGS by offering a few new details, but not this many. I'm hoping for a few new demos, that's all. But that might not even be realistic. :? PEACE.

Yeah i was talking about the addition of the 2nd batch.
Its like the guy is trowing Rumours against the wall, the more they are the better are the odds that some of them will stick.

Anyone can quite easily come up with very specific rumours. There were plenty of them pre-E3. One of the keys to a credible rumour is to be specific

One of the rumours has already been debunked, which obviously calls into question the credibility of the rest.

I'm just waiting the four days out to see what's up. Since the Mistwalker announcement wasn't mentioned as PS3 specific, and the quoted text excludes portable exclusivity, maybe the Mistwalker announcement is for PSP.

It is absolutely possible for him to be an insider and still not know whats going on...the left hand and right hand don't always meet each other.

I'd say I have to agree with previous posts, with that many rumors its easy for half of them to be true. I guess it would depend on which rumor though.

I don't really view things as trusting him based on whether half end up true or not; moreso which half get mentioned, if any. If Sony starts talking about HDD bundles, that gives this guy no cred in my book since myself and others have reached the same conclusion. However if out of nowhere and against all odds Mistwalker announces support on PS3 or PSP - well that's some credibility.

Sony saying that PSP and PS3 will share the same online service - no credibility. SEGA announcing three launch titles and Namco two of their own - credibility. It'll go roughly like that for me...
