My first guess is that's some sort of joke site made by someone who's not a believer at all. Otoh, I'm sure some people in the world have those interpretations and it wouldn't take much to put up such a simple website. But it would take a lot of effort and selective quoting to develop such an unsound doctrine...
They even included my favorite partial quote which often results in wrong interpretations: "To those who are pure, all things are pure" is used to justify all sorts of behaviours. They conveniently ignore the rest of the sentence: "but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their mind and their conscience are defiled."
That website was created by people whose mind and/or conscience has been corrupted.
