Those shots aren't fake look at this guy playing PD360. If you notice he you'll see blood while he's holding the controller same as the thrid pic.

Too shiny and maniquen-like to be real. Also, the TV pic qwerty2000 posted, she has the same exact pose as the one where she is holding two guns.

Fake also. the pic just shows him on the menu screen. JD was just PS onto the screen.
