it's better to go to neowin.net, download and apply the uxtheme.dll patcher

StyleXP does the same thing but shareware and you have to run the app in the background.
then you can download what's called "Visual Styles", seek them on neowin.net or deviant art.
(Luna blue, gray and olive are visual styles. the dll is nerfed so it can only run those that's why you gotta patch it)
I for one prefer to use windows classic and tweak the color. (I've put the windows 95 color scheme for fun )
