BTW-Quick update. I've been running her at 2.007Ghz since my last post and she's just been solid as a rock, think it's safe to start pushing it a bit more and what should I watch for to adjust up first? (CPU, RAM, or HTT voltage....hell, do I WANT more HTT voltage? I'm still a tad confused about that.

Raising the voltages makes things much hotter and reduces their lifecycle, so you might want to try everything else first. Especially when using 90 nm chips, who already have bad leakage. Upping the voltage on those might crash them, and will wear them down pretty fast.
 
Got it. Leave well enough alone for now until I need more horsepower for some reason.
