Back from holidays... what's been going on?

Had a rather boring weekend holiday with the family but it was still tiring.

Anyway, anyone care to summarize what's been happening over the weekend for me? Of course, no need to tell me ATI stomps all over NVIDIA in HL2 (I don't need to read all posts to know that!) but perhaps some of the more juicier stuff (discoveries et all).

Honestly, I somewhat regret my post because I shouldn't have aired negative comments like that in public. I was just a bit peeved that Kyle was flaming someone on an issue -- the public's apparent shock 'n surprise at the DX9 performance disparity between FX and Radeon boards -- that he helped create.

Wow - I haven't visited HardOCP in years - but that thread cracked me up, that brought tears to my eyes imaging Kyle's reaction and Titan (28K posts of that quality I wonder) was pure unadulterated gold.

Next he will probably argue with John Carmack and say - well listen buddy - go write a game then you can tell us all how its done - and wonder why silence suddenly falls and all his friends are looking at him kinda strangely.
