My TV is a midrange Samsung from a few years ago, if it's something new, it won't have it...
ah samsung only have very limited range that supportHDMI ARC. its only sony and vizio that is rather consistent in supporting HDMI ARC since years ago.
its basically a feature that allow the TV to pass through audio via HDMI. If all your devices support HDMI ARC, you can serial-chain everything using HDMI and it should be just works. No need a bunch of cables just for audio from different devices.
