Indications so far point at lacklustering availability for the latter. It makes only sense to release ASAP the R580.

Wouldn't that be more difficult to do? Especially if they are having/had issues with the R520?

Well, as seen with the R480, rumours are that the R580 has a lot less problems than the R520

well.. L'inq offcourse.. back in june they said that r580 was on schedule.. ass opposed to the r520.. and the original schedule of the r580 being oktober/november of this year, I wouldn't be surprised if R580 would be up and running when r520 hits the street
