It wouldn't surprise me, especially with that new touchscreen iPod in the works. Whether the games would deviate greatly from the sort of fare available on a cell phone is the big question though. But with the iTunes distribution infrastructure already there and popular, it behooves them to exploit it in any/every way possible.
