3*8-pin from the PSU, is that 500W TDP for the board?
I'm thinking up to 525W (150*3+75), yeah.
I guess they are maintaining the TDP of the 295X in a more legitimate fashion.
3*8-pin from the PSU, is that 500W TDP for the board?
525W in theory (150+150+150+75), but it's not unseen, there's even GTX 980 Ti's with 3x 8pin3*8-pin from the PSU, is that 500W TDP for the board?
Or it's HBM3Nexgen memory. Blimey, HBM is on notice already?
Slowpoke!Vega confirmed as an architecture coming out early 2017, followed by Navi in 2018.
It says HBM2 below Vega, which makes afraid that there really isn't any Polaris coming with HBM2 this year.
I must have missed that - was there any more on that, or what it's coming with? Polaris?"TrueAudio Next" - It seems TrueAudio isn't dead at all.
Wow I even thought my post had been posted twice somehow.Slowpoke!
The distance from the center of the "Polaris" square to the x-axis is a tad over 2.5 times the distance from the center of the "28nm GPUs" square to the x-axis. So with the same measurement method, I get the following perf/W estimates for Polaris, Vega, and Navi (assuming that the scale is linear).
Polaris: 2.6x
Vega: 3.9x
Navi: 5.2x
