They really aren't. I'm not paying fifteen hundred quid for a 6900 and I'm not interested in a 6700. Even less in a 550X whatever the shuddering f**k that is.

As far as I'm concerned retail availability is zero.

Zero GPUs here in Portugal.

Goddamit people don't put my hopes up.

We've waited this long, what's another few months?
Really, this is where I'm at.

My 3930k CPU was released at the end 2011, my Samsung Evo 840 1Tb was released in July of 2013, my Aorus 1080ti was released in April of 2017 and it's the very newest tech in my gaming rig. At this rate, what's even six more months amirite? :D

Same, but at some point the nagging feeling sets in, whether or not you're still buying the hot stuff or the shelf lead of tomorrow. For me, that point in time is not far, when I will give up on getting a 6800 for MSRP.

I have absolutely no idea of what the msrp of graphics cards is anymore

The way I look at it is that I have a 1080Ti that I bought second hand for about £500. Maybe £600. I can't remember.

It doesn't matter what MSRP is. It's an issue of what I have to pay to get something better. RX6800 won't give me any more performance than I have already, so I'm not going to pay more than I get for selling my 1080Ti. Which probably isn't a thousand pounds.

Not really. I'd possibly think three times about paying that for a 6800XT, then maybe drunk buy on a Friday. Even drunk me wouldn't pay that for a 6800. These should be £800, at most.
Which timezone though?
