    "fastest GPU we've ever built"

    Sounds like it won't be faster than GA102.

    I still haven't been able to buy a GA102-powered card to replace my 2080 Ti so I was hoping maybe AMD had something up its sleeve this time with all the recent talk of a "game cache" and high boost clocks.
