Afaik only Until Dawn is doing proper self shadowing during gameplay and even that is excluding hair. QB gets both an extra lighting pass + self shadowing during cutscenes. I think the best part about QB is not the model itself but the animation during cutscenes, it looks very convincing :yep2:
 
I would agree. Unfortunately, these are limited to 30fps because of the data. I think Eurogamer had said that.

Yeah, 30hz cutscenes unfortunately, if they fix the frame pacing it'll be okay as you don't have control of the character. It could definitely look better at 60hz or more though.
 
There seem to be some pre-rendered videos in the game (to help with loading perhaps), you can notice them because they don't have the reconstruction technique (what the game would have looked like at native res) and gpu load drops significantly (like 10-20%)
