They were permanently banned from the site.

This was after being warned and banned numerous times for repeated behavior that is not allowed. They were given multiple chances to be a part of the forum but they instead opted to continually demonstrate they would not follow the rules, ad nauseum. After they were banned for the final time, they then requested their account to be removed.
