A string to get extract IP Address

Hello, I'm currently using FormMail.php v5.0 and would like to extract IP Addresses as a hidden field and have it sent with the other info. Does anyone know if there is a simple string I can add or if there are easy to set up scripts that can get the IP address? Thanks in advance for any help!
 
This might work but where do I insert it?

A buddy gave me this part of code, can anyone tell me what two places I should insert in my php script? Thanks for any help!

To define the IP-address variable ($ip), you add this line:

(Otherwise:)
