Is there anyone can pinpoint the actual reference to books or internet accredited resources .

I need to know how to find out least several accredited resources

About
1. Is there any data about the design cycle-how many years for a discreet gpu and refersh version of the first run.

2. How to define the SM1.0 to SM4.0 with easiest way to mass of the public?

3. I do not know is there any specific resource to give me reference about every detail in GPU industry on all aspects.





PS:
Because of my English skill is not as good as native speaker does.I joined in the pre-sessional course (I suceed in the IELTs but still I know my academic english skill not in line with what native student can achieve in uk. ) So I came here and one of my assignments I have to do is project research in free of desire to which topic I am interested in.
