I wouldn't be too sure about that. Epic buying exclusives to remove consumer choice is becoming a meme.
Some Twitch streamers that used to defend Epic are now groaning and complaining everytime they find out about another game they have to play on the Epic store because it's exclusive. And even when they don't, the Epic store is now the butt of jokes about how bad it is.
Some streamers no longer stream games that are exclusive to the Epic store. And many of them like ItmeJP stopped not because of the politics but because the client is so crappy that they just don't want to use it. So rather than deal with a crappy store and a crappy launcher they just don't use the Epic store anymore.

Also liked Song of Conquest, 'cos of the similarities with Heroes of Might and Magic.
Too bad that Baldur's Gate 3 developers, Larian, didn't show new footage of the game, but they mentioned how they got the licence.
