In Europe and usa, the robot mech games haven't been as popular, so it maybe it was expected that zoe's would not be a hot seller.
In western world, it seems you don't see many games in top charts that don't have a human main character(s).
Don't think it was a million-seller, but you can be sure Zoe did much better there than anywhere else. Which is a shame.
Some of the best games this generation have been largely overlooked, having the effects that any sequels or games similar to those could not be made in the future, simply because it's not profitable to the publishers to release games like those. Thankfully some people look over the profits.

One small little fun game i love this generation was Treasure's Stretch Panic. A little gem in its own right, which sold nothing and will never see the light of the day again.
