Xbox Live / Zune Music Store Question

I'm not sure if this is the right place or not but i have a thought on Zune & Xbox interactivity.

I think that a good idea for Microsoft would be to intergrate their Zune music store (or whatever music store they are going to push) into Xbox Live. This would allow users to download and listen to new music directly to their xbox and then share it (maybe wirelessly) to their Zune players.

I know that this could be done on the computer with Zune, but If they intergrate a Music/Video service compatible with Zune into their console then they would have a "living room" entertainment center and a "portable" entertanment device.

This would also allow them to compete with Sony when/if they offer music/videos for download on the PS3.

What do you guys think?

AFAIK that's what's happening. Zune music is bought with MS Live! Points. It'd be stupid not to offer that when Sony seem to have such a system in place, or at least are working towards it.

oh ok, I didn't know they were using microsoft live points, makes sense though.
