Edit: By the way the video supposedly shows the Xbox 360 using DVD-R burned disc (pirated); by using the PSP to bypass/hack into something (OS?).

I call BS on this. Why would the person show their XBL screenname? Stuff like this should be anonymous if true. I think it was an AV switch... if you notice he doesn't actually play the game...

Nah, it's fake. He's been cutting together some videos, like you can se the image chops up a bit right after he puts in the dvd.
