Xbox must be so addictive if all these people are like on their third and fourth but keep coming back instead of swearing off the product for life 
Microsoft should put these message board people in commercials.
Also I think turnaround time for MS is 2-3 days, usually get the system back same week. Dunno where this 10-12 days stuff comes in, never heard of that.
Another advantage with MS warranty is I think it's unlimited..I think like a Best Buy warranty can only be used 3 times or so.
