Graphics cards related, but seems the culprit of the problem is not the NVidia drivers, but MSI's Afterburner.(other similar software may cause problems as well, but just guessing.)

msi's afterburner is used with ati cards as well

True, wrong assumption by my part as initially i could only find nvidia related posts regarding the problem.

There's also a conflict between a component in Avast 6 and Outpost 7.1. I don't know if it's directly linked to SP1, though.
