What is a VRTP?

Is a Voice Real Time Processor.

Imagine a processor that you can write a text, select a type of voice (male, female or electronic) and the processor will say with voice in real time all the text that you have written.

The key is using the phonetic abecedary because it is international and code with a scripting variation of C or another language the programmer could put the data for be processed by this special type of CPU.

My question is simple.

A microprocessor like this is probably today?

Um... There are many pieces of software that do that today in varying forms of ability. I was kind of under the impression that it's simply hard from a programming perspective to get this type of feat done well and realistically. Why would you need a separate microprocessor for it?
