Visual Studio .NET 2005 recommendations

When it comes out I'm definitely going to buy it.
The biggest question is what do I want that would help me at this time?

I know what I would like:
Extended refactoring features coupled with a built in profiler and a VERY powerful debugger.
I want these features for C++ managed and unmanaged.

However I've read that the profiler isn't going to be in the Express editions of VS and I also wonder how powerful the debugger and refactoring features will be.

I've saved hours of work with refactoring in other products and I've saved much more time using a decent debugger, however there is a lot of room for improvement.
I do not have the money to purchase a plugin at $6000 USD and I I spent $300 AUD on VS .NET 2003 and it didn't have built-in refactoring and profiling.

How much would I need to spend in order to get these tools and a single user license?
