Tomb Raider is looking excellent. I hope it maintains the fluid feel of Uncharted but goes on a more exploratory direction.

I hope there's a Tomb Raider game in there somewhere. Right now it looks more like heavily scripted torture porn with little to no gameplay.

All the attractive girls I met are beautiful, ridiculously talented and yet unexpectedly vulnerable.

I think the Lara model is quite good. She's obviously meant to be very pretty, but strays from the porn star look games tend to get caught up in. Her proportions are much more believable than many other characters. She's a little bit girl-next-door. Regardless of whatever technical merits game x and y have, I think she's definitely one of the better designed characters I've seen this gen. Lara Croft, in general, is one of my most hated characters in video game history. I'm glad to see they abandoned the "mature" design of the previous Lara's, which was mainly a device for twelve-year-old boys to start poppin' boners.

Yeah, who knows. I'm hoping there's quite a bit of platforming, but we'll see. The demo was fairly limited. They're definitely going for a cinematic type of experience, so I'm sure there will be QTE's frequently throughout the game judging from the demo. They did show a strange puzzle sequence using the "intuition" mechanic, which seemed kind of like the detective view in Batman: AA. I'm hoping for challenging platforming first, good puzzles second, and combat last. It'll probably end up being something different, but I'm still intrigued so far.

Yep. However, underneath a thick and welcome coat of knowledge and expertise, lies -only natural- a nucleus of biais and preferences. I know by spending sometime reading interventions -again, highly informative- who favors which console....the tendency isn't a crime by any means, unless it escalates to jerky and trollish posts.
