I have a friend who works there and has told me some pretty amazing things. Apparently "literally all" of his coworkers are gay. Not only gay, but they are strongly encouraged to hook up with each other. Not only that, but the "hooking up" very often goes on in the dressing rooms. Managers aren't allowed in the dressing rooms, and "it's a very good thing" that they aren't. Also, he apparently gets a great many dates from patrons of the park. He goes out every friday night in drag and is so feminine that he's dated several guys who didn't consider themselves gay. I asked him if he got to dress up as a character and he is a stand-in for Tinkerbell. I'm told that somewhere there is a video of him (as Tinkerbell) and the lovely Pocohantas getting gangbanged by like 12 guys.
....too bad I never got his email. Oh, and last I heard he was about to move up north so probably if you go visit and see Tinkerbell it wont be him.

They do(or did), however, have 'gay day' (discounts for gay couples), and they provide spousal benefits for gay couples.
Not that there's anything wrong with it, but Disney is definately 'gay friendly', which is why I know of at least a few people that boycott all their movies.
