i wonder, can Switch runs it. Currently it already can run a bunch of mods but i didnt follow it close enough

it sure could run it. This independent version though, it's not meant for consoles and it's free -the creators of the mod have a Patreon-. Does the Switch version support mods? XB1 version surely does, with some limitations -although some mods made it into the XB1 version without following the guidelines 100%, specially sexy mods-
