I just did a search for premium and core.
How many systems were released at launch?
This is getting ridiculous.

That's one of hundreds of random items that came up in it, and I didn't bother to skim through even 1/10th of the auctions.
That website is funny, check out the feedback/comments on that link:Graham said:here in new zealand, someone has already managed to import 2 systems. They are currently listed on our local equivalent to ebay, trademe.co.nz. They are currently sitting at $2700 and $3500 a peice, despite being region locked, and the $3500 unit not having any games.
The biggest irony is there is still a week to run on the auction, and no doubt more will be imported in that time.

there is one of the systems.
there is an ebay.co.nz too, but trademe utterly destroys it for ease of use so no body bothers with it.
Mordecaii said:Sorry to resurrect an old topic but I was browsing Ebay just for the fun of it (and to see if I could spot a 360 at a reasonable price), and I come upon a Premium selling for $500. Now I think to myself, "That's a good price considering it's on Ebay!" So I click on the link, and I can't believe what I see. Someone is selling the BOX and the PLASTIC WRAPPERS for the accessories for $500. The person pleads you to buy the box so they can pay for their 360 purchase...
I thought I had seen it all, but people selling a box for $500 definately makes my top 10 list for dumbest things I've ever seen.
