The title made me think it's about pc master race vs console plebs.

Anyway, it got a demo on steam.

It's definitely another RE1-3 inspired indie game. There are quite a few such games out there but I'm not sure if there is a handy list of them somewhere. It was an early access game that made it to "finished" state. Yeah try the demo.

Maybe look up Tormented Souls and Song of Horror too.
