Um i'm a full time student at college. Looking for some part time work in new jersey ... anyone ??? haha . Um i normaly go to school and have this refreshing in the backround or i'm' home doing work and have this refreshing. Or my gf comes over and gets pissed at me and i have this refreshing. Or i go out and get so drunk its not even funny .

LOL @ Simon. Funny.

I work for SEGA, in the department where we get to pick what games come over to the US. Used to work in the Quality Assurance department, but have left that area a while ago. While I'm not entirely on the development side of things I do get to put in my little bit of info every now and then.

I've got plenty of time to come to the forum. SEGA is a somewhat lax place to work at, and only the QA people are there working in the sweatshops for 14 hours a day 6 days a week.

Congrats fellas :D

Sonic, I thought I saw an announcement the other day for Virtual On:Marz. Was that the American release? It didn't say specifically.

Thanks Qroach and Ozy.

I think the announcement was for the US release of VO:M. It's scheduled for November but if the game gets finished in enough time it could happen sooner.

Good for you for making sure Space Channel 5 pt 2 comes over here then :)

BTW, does anyone have a link to a SC5:2 mpeg from a year or so ago? Its all in Japanese, sort of a trailer of sorts with some of the catchiest music ever (its a riot). Starts off with some people getting zapped, Ulala comes in, a cameo by Michael, and lots of the "Up, Down Down, Chu Chu Chu!" (insert Engrish here)... anyone know wtf I'm talking about? :p

If you know where to find it, or have the movie itself, let me know! I'm sorely missing it....

(BTW - Any hope of leaving the Japanese voice track in the NA release?!! :D )

Why not just get the Japanese DC version then? It has the original Japanese voice track, the DC version is far superior to the PS2 port, it's available now, and playing imports on a DC simply requires a boot disc (I use Cheats 'N Codes vol 1) - no modding needed.

Because I don't want a DC? ;)

I'd prefer it on PS2 - optical SPDif >>>>> analog. (especially for a music game)

If you don't want a Dreamcast, then fine. But I strongly suggest, for your purchasing satisfaction, that you research the differences between the DC and PS2 versions... the PS2 rev is incredibly glitchy and far inferior.
