The Best PS2 Titles

If you get a PS3, chances are in a few years you'll be able to download the titles. And if not, by then what will you care?

I don't know about you, but once you learn to handle the cars in gt4, it's the fastest fucking game ever

I'd like to promote timesplitters 3 for being a fun fps game

Sky Odyssey.

A simple & fun game. I didn't wanna trot out DM3 (or whatever) again! Don't think it did that well but if anyone gets the chance, give it a go.

I would also recommed LoK Soul reaver 2 but if you haven't been following the series it's bit hard to get into this game .

In terms of Sly 2, how would it rate compared to Jak 3 and R&C3? I'm not a huge platformer fan, but if it's really great then I'd probably pick it up anyway.

I haven't played every single game of every single series, but I enjoyed the Slys most of the platformers I played this gen on any platform. Cool, stylish, with a plethora of moves, and a variety of ways to play. Plus, plenty of leftover things to collect, boards to "perfect,"
and whatever else you may want to do after finishing the main game.

I picked my copy up for £10 from an HMV store - the Platinum re-release that coincided with SOTC.

My local EB games has a copy of ICO used, but there are only like 8 copies in the entire city and all of them used. Needless to say I'm picking up the game tomorrow.
