Did anyone watch "The 4400: Unlocking the Secrets" that was on last night? Is it full of spoilers, or just a recap of last season? I'd hate to watch it and have it ruin the first couple episodes of the uncoming season.

"Unlocking the secrets" was a clip show, so no spoilers. It was on NBC on Sat night in full HD. The PQ was very good... makes me wish the show was on a network that has HD.
