TES V: Skyrim

But much more accurate and precise....

That's always true.
But when playing anything else than a FPS, I prefer the controller, especially when the game is designed for it.
I think that in the case of Skyrim,, the controller will unfortunately be better suited for the UI...
Hope I'm proven wrong though!

yes, obviously a pack of feral gnomes delivered it to your doorstep a day early. Right?

It seems that you can't play with an xbox controller...
I guess those 300 hours of gameplay won't be as relaxed as I hoped for... :p

Oh ! Thats bad, thats really bad ! I will wait then till they patch it in or will go with the ps3 version for play and get on PC during some sale next year to enjoy the mods+gfx.
Why would they not implement it? I mean the UI works with the controller ,

Yeah it works perfectly with the 360 game pad, in fact it was clearly designed to work best with it which I love since I'm a couch pc gamer. Game does look dated graphics wise but at least that means it runs at 60fps at ultra settings with everything maxed at 1920x1080. Ultimately I don't mind the dated looking graphics, I'm just happy to have another elder scrolls game.

I want to hear more about man from A's claim that you need a quadcore at 4.2ghz to play this game
as I've not heard anyone else complaining about not having enough cpu power

Really ! Thats nice, then what was Daozang talking about ?

That's why I said, "it seems" :p
Basically, I saw a "mod" (more like a third party app) on the Nexus for gamepad support, and I also read in an other forum that it didn't include gamepad support...
I'm very happy I was wrong!

What I'm not happy about is that the game will arrive here in 10 days!!!
That combined with the fact that Steam got hacked...
Unfortunately, I won't be able to resist, so Steam it is.
I'll have to monitor my CC either way.
