Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion

Anyone have any thoughts on the latest version of Tekken? I spent some time playing it the other day, along with VF5R and SF4, and came away fairly impressed. I like the new characters, although I was constantly getting hammered by guys playing Alisa. I was also pleasantly surprised by the various updates and additions, such as the new items.

VF5R looks good too. I'm a Sarah player, and I noticed they changed her DFDF+K juggle to D+K.

As for SF4, I played it and it looks good, but I haven't played a SF game since Turbo, so I was a bit lost. Still, I will definitely be picking up the console release.

Here's hoping we see T6:BR and VF5R on consoles!

VF5R has altered stages and two new characters and alot of changes to characters animations and more items compare to what's available to the console versions. It'll be a huge update if they decide to do it as update.

Thanks to 360 version bombing despite the online play that was demanded, VF5R may just stay in the arcade. Until the next update. Hopefully VF6. VF5R is looking dated, now days.

If VF5R doesn't come to PS3 or 360, then I guess we're in for a hell of a wait for VF6, and most likely the next gen of consoles. Sega only release a brand new VF everytime they step up on their arcade hardware, usually a gen above what's gone before.

Hopefully it won't come to that, and we'll see VF5R along side Tekken 6 this year.

Sega have the Europa-R which is Pentium dual core and 8800. So I guess either use that or GTX 260 or 285 for VF6.

Perhaps, though I don't expect Sega to do VF6 untill 2011 earliest - usually 4 to 5 years after last installment - putting them in line for something like GT300 or higher if they go down that route.
