Surviving Hurricane Rita

Like I said in another thread I was from Lake Charles, LA, a city that got pretty messed up from the hurricane. I am alright in a shelter on an army base, but they are saying we can't go home for a week. I will update the thread a bit later to let you know about my on going experiences here.

Also, anyone with any pictures from the area, Lake Charles or Cameron, can you post them here because my family and friends that lived there would love to see them. I just got the internet hooked up and this is really the first experience outside the shelter.
