I kind of thank Microsoft that they're pushing it hard with the HD here and HD there PR bullcrap. Which by now makes me wanna puke, but they will surely make HDTV more present in normal people's minds, which can only be a good thing.
People will see the difference and start buying HDTVs, which will in turn come down in price.
Then the new consoles will come out too and they'll all offer HDTV outputs, people will finally see the difference. Especially with BlueLaser movies.
