Eurogamer will also cover it with liveblog http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2014-03-18-gdc-live-report-sonys-future-of-innovation-talk

No LiveStream ? They better have demoes in store. :devilish:
Well it's a session at GDC so it'll be primarily aimed at developers, or those developers who have not had it for the past six months ;-)

Ah, I just want to see how it looks. Rumors about ping pong balls attached to visor (for tracking motion) sound too silly.

Lightbars I'd guess - assuming it's using an external camera to track those movements and not internal accelerometers.

No livestream - probably final look of the device is not ready or they are not sure that demos will go smoothly.

I expect true public unveil at E3.

Two games that will almost certainly make use of the VR; The Witness and Drive Club.

Hype.

Agreed. I adore driving games, and if they add more sim elements into DriveClub that definitely will be "VR system seller" for me.

As for Witness, I hope they will anounce more. There is so many slow-paced exploration/horror/puzzle FPS games out there now, almost all of them would be perfect for VR.

+ the obligatory Last Guardian in VR. *snort* *snort*

It seems my timing is perrfect again. My B3D star must be aligned with Sony's product launches.

Can't wait to see their first showing tomorrow morning (yes ?).
