so who is buying a xbox360 in 2 months?

Yeah, Im in on this one! A value-pack and don´t know yet what game/s I will buy, will have to see the release-list when it is official.
I must buy a HDTV also, but I save that for sometime next year, but before World Cup 2006 (which will be broadcasted in HD-resolution as well)...

As soon as I can get one here downunder I will.
Got one reserved, going to get the Premium SKU. I don't see why I should get the Core pSKU when the price difference is going to be the price of a separate HDD but you get more in the launch SKU. Also probably get a Wired controller so I can use that with my PC.
As for games, only PDZ and GRAW have my sights, I wanna wait a bit for reviews of Kameo and as for Oblivion, I rather get that on the PC.

well i always (almost ) buy every console, but ditch the older one and buy the newer one.. and later one keep the one i mostly liked

Nope, not buying one - especially knowing PS3 is around the corner and later Nintendo's console. I'd at least want to check out the alternatives knowing this investment should last me for the next 5 or more years...
In fact, I think the next thing on my wish list is neither a PS3 or a Xb360, but a PSP! And besides, my biggest anticipation goes to Final Fantasy XII on PS2 - so I'm not even going to think about buying anything next-gen related (but perhaps a PS3 which will be able to play it...).

I'm saving my money for a new big HD display (a projector or a flatscreen), and later a PS3.
Besides, I don't seem to have time and will to play all my PS2 and PSP games now, getting another console now would not make much sense just now. Especially one that seems to have relatively little to offer over current gen.
And I'm kinda entering that phase when I'm easily getting bored of gaming in general, few titles manage to hold my interest as they used to. This has happened to me before, and a pause of few months of intense gaming is welcome, when PS3 launches I should be ready for hardcore gaming again :*)

Ill likely buy it soon after i also get a new tv. Currently have a pidly 32" tv and want to move to something around 70". So until i get that together xbox360 will most likely not be something i buy right off the bat. Ill more than likely get it around a month or two after launch.
