hi, i just bought a 400W ISO psu few days ago and this morning, which was very cold, i heard a loud noise coming from it and then faded away after a few minutes. so is that normal for a psu to make noise in a very cold morning? i mean it shouldnt be dying coz i jsut bought it few days ago. anyone please help me..

Depends on the noise, I would imagine. Or more accurately, what was causing the noise.

Probably the fan. Either it was bad from the start, or the cold caused the lubricant to not work correctly (probably sleeve bearings in it), thus causing vibration and noise until the lube heated up. Sleeve bearings are notorious for causing vibration and noise when they start to go.
