PSP Help -- rip/convert DVDs

I'm wondering what software I need to rip DVDs and then put them in a format to view them on PSP... I'm sure they are listed and buried in some other thread, but this forum is too quiet and new topics never hurt?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Any help would be appreciated -- Need to know so I can show my sister (and possibly use it myself)

I think u need to first rip the dvd using something like isobuster and then use psp9 to convert to the res and size for the psp

Okay, thanks -- just needed some software names, mainly

PSP9 is that software from Sony?

i think hes refering to PSP Video 9, a pretty good program, i use that.
sony does not make that btw.

but yeah, you do need to get the video from the DVD first. I use DVD Shrink.

Yeah, you just need to rip the VOBs first, use DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink.

insert dvd in drive wait a while and you have nice mp4

yasa dvd to mp4 converter is quite good for ripping your dvds to psp player.
