Looks like to high AA\ downsampled super res to be real time. So realtime will look pretty much like that, only with much more jaggies.

Usually due to being offscreen/small/soft blurry hiding jaggies and smoothing image. But playing the games on the TV and seeing the display it isn't.

The jaggies I can live with, even with only 720P + 2xAA Uncharted 1 was very smooth.

If it looks as clean as Uncharted 1...and without tearing, then we have nothing to worry about.
