They look like patent pictures.

The first one looks a bit "windows", perhaps, to be a console UI. That said, Richard Marks has talked a lot about bringing mouse and keyboard-style functionality to a console using a cameras and the like, so controlling a windows like environment on ps3 might be possible.

With the controller, the camera/mic looks like it might be an plug-in, rather than an integral part of each controller.

The controller is from this patent and not from likes of Sony, Nintendo, MS. It's one of catchall submarine-patent wannabes I guess.

The menu reminds me of the PSX (Japanese PS2/PVR hybrid).
